Neil works for the disability charity Livability and has been leading the work at their Holton Lee site (located between Poole and Wareham) and is also part of Livability’s national Community Engagement team.

With a varied work history; including fifteen years at relief and development charity Tearfund, a decade or so in equipment sales and marketing in the oil and petrochemical industry and a few years running the official fan clubs for Thomas the Tank Engine, Action Man and Barbie; Neil tries to bring a bit of that diverse experience to bear during Faithworks Trustee meetings.

Neil moved to Dorset from Surrey in 2015 where he had been leading a local Baptist church for the previous ten years but is now learning to be an Anglican, having had to put into action his long-held principles of being part of a church in the community where you live!
