Walks: We run weekly socially-distanced walks in pairs!*

Recovery Days: New for 2021!  We are pleased to announce the start of a Recovery Day every Thursday, 10am -  3pm at Winton Methodist Church.  The days will include food, fellowship and a range of organised activities.*

Recovery Course: The next Recovery Course will take place online from Tuesday 9 March - 15 June 2021.  You can book your free place on Eventbrite here.
